SC INK WASH is a water soluble ink cleaner designed to perform multible jobs like ink wash-out at the sink, press wash when changing colors between jobs, a screen opener for continuous printing and as a re-circulating screen wash. Excellent on enamel, epoxy, vinyl, multi-purpose and UV inks. SC INK WASHcan also be used as a liquid haze and image remover after reclamationon minimumal stains. Use one of the following applications.
INK WASH-OUT AT THE SINK
Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply product to the ink side of the screen. Use a non-abrasive scrub brush or pad to agitate ink on both sides of the screen. Starting at the bottom of the screen, high pressure water rinse all ink residue from the screen. *Check with your local sanitation district regarding limitations that are to be rinsed into the drain.
PRESS WASH / SCREEN OPENER
Card excessive ink from the screen. Apply product to the screen and wipe both sides of screen thoroughly with a clean towel.
RECIRCULATING WASH
Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used.
