DUAL-STRIP is a concentrated liquid used to remove plastisol ink and direct emulsion and/or capillary films simultaneously. KIWO’s DUAL-STRIP can be diluted with up to five parts water when using a dip tank to soak the screen as part of the reclaiming process.
DUAL STRIP is a concentrated liquid used to simultaneously remove Plastisol and Water-based textile inks, some UV inks, and direct emulsion and/or capillary films. DUAL STRIP can be diluted with five parts water when using a dip tank to soak screens as part of the reclaiming process. When applying product manually in a traditional manor, using DUAL STRIP undiluted will assure the most convenient and effective removal of the ink and emulsion coating, but it may be as effective diluted 1:1 or more with water. NOTE: When diluting product, in house testing should be conducted to assure product meets your particular performance expectations.
